JBradley Construction

Nearly three decades building Houston.

Construction management and general contracting led by James Bradley — 2,000+ homes delivered across Greater Houston. Custom homes to commercial builds, preconstruction through final inspection.

James Bradley — JBradley Construction
The builder

James Bradley

James Bradley spent nearly three decades with Coventry Homes — one of the largest homebuilders in Texas — as construction manager and operations project manager. He directed the construction and completion of more than 2,000 homes across North, South, and West Houston, holding a 98% client recommendation rate the whole way.

That tenure built something a contractor can’t buy: a 20-year network of framers, electricians, plumbers, finish carpenters, and suppliers who answer the phone and hold a standard. Schedules hold because the relationships are real. Quality holds because he knows the shortcut before the trade tries it.

Today James runs JBradley Construction — bringing master-planned discipline to custom homes, renovations, and commercial builds. He doesn’t manage from a truck in the parking lot. He’s on site, walking the work, owning the outcome.

Capabilities

From a single custom home to a full commercial build.

Construction Management

Owner’s-side oversight: schedule, budget, trades, and quality controlled to plan. One accountable point of contact from groundbreak to handover.

General Contracting

Self-performed and subcontracted scopes managed through a 20-year trade network — priced straight, sequenced tight, inspected hard.

Custom Homes

Luxury single-family construction at master-planned standards. Finish quality buyers feel and inspectors sign off on the first walk.

Renovations & Repositioning

Whole-home and value-add renovation — scoped for return, run to a deadline, walked through final punch.

Commercial & Hospitality

Bringing luxury-community discipline to larger builds — hotels, mixed-use, and multi-unit. Preconstruction planning, trade procurement, budget and schedule ownership, and daily on-site management through final inspection.

Preconstruction

Budgeting, value engineering, constructability review, and trade buyout before the first shovel — so the build runs the plan instead of fighting it.

How James runs a build

Plan it. Build it. Walk it.

01
Preconstruction
Numbers before the shovel.

Budget, schedule, value engineering, and trade buyout locked up front. Surprises get found on paper, not on the slab.

02
Construction
On site, every day.

James manages the trades directly — sequencing, quality, and pace held to plan. The network shows up because the relationships are 20 years deep.

03
Closeout
Walked to final punch.

Every detail inspected before handover. Clean closeout, complete documentation, and a building that passes the first walk.
