This Privacy Policy explains how the Cyndi Kornegay Team (“CKT,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CKT Client mobile app and our websites (together, the “Services”).
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, used to sign you in and connect you to your real-estate transaction.
- Transaction information — details about your home purchase or sale that your agent maintains (property address, status, milestones, documents you upload, and messages you send in the app).
- Device information — a push-notification token (if you enable notifications) and basic technical data needed to operate the app.
How we use your information
- Show you the status of your transaction and related documents and messages.
- Send you updates and notifications about your transaction (if enabled).
- Provide customer support and operate, secure, and improve the Services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with vendors that help us run the Services, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Clerk — authentication and account management.
- Vercel — application hosting and secure data storage.
- Expo — delivery of push notifications.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account), which removes your sign-in and device token. You may also email us to request deletion of your personal information. Transaction records required for the team’s business and legal recordkeeping may be retained as permitted by law.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can turn push notifications on or off in the app, update your information, or delete your account. To exercise any privacy right, contact us below.
