These Terms govern your use of the CKT Client mobile app and the Cyndi Kornegay Team websites (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Using the Services
The Services help clients of the Cyndi Kornegay Team follow their real-estate transaction, communicate with their agent, and access related documents and vendor information. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account).
Not professional advice
Content in the Services — including timelines, estimates, and calculators — is provided for general information and convenience. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and dates or figures may be estimates until confirmed by your agent or your contract. Always rely on your executed contract and licensed professionals for binding terms.
No MLS scraping; listing data
Listing information may link to authorized sources. You agree not to scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data except as permitted by the applicable MLS and IDX rules.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their content, branding, and software, are owned by the Cyndi Kornegay Team or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Cyndi Kornegay Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
