- Can’t sign in? Use the name and email your agent has on file. We send a 6-digit code to that email — no password needed.
- Not seeing your home? Your agent links your account to your transaction. If it’s missing, contact us and we’ll connect it.
- Timeline dates look approximate? They’re a general guide until your contract is finalized — your agent confirms exact dates.
- Delete your account? In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. You can also email us to request deletion.
